How to install Windows XP along with Windows 7?

Problems:

1, When you tried to install Windows XP on computer and when you started to install it you just got some message that the windows is corrupted or Hard drive has some malfunction.

2, You were not able to install Windows XP along with Windows 7.

Solution:

Actually when you got message of corruptions or you will see a blue screen, also called dead screen, when installing Windows XP then it means that you have to change the SATA Configuration in BIOS. 

Just go to integrated peripherals in BIOS setup and change SATA Configuration to IDE. And save the settings. Restart the computer with Windows XP installation and it will work now.

Also if you want to install Windows XP along side with Windows 7 then first, you must not install Windows XP on the C:/ Drive otherwise you will have allot of trouble. Install it on any other drive.

For both to work you will have SATA Configuration of IDE discussed above. First install Windows 7, it  is always on C Drive. After installation completion. Boot the computer with Windows XP CD and choose any drive other than C. Now install Windows XP. After completion you will have the choice to choose the previous version of windows (XP) or Windows 7 in startup choices  But you will see that windows seven did not start.

Now you will have to make repair with Windows 7 DVD. Insert it in DVD ROM and boot computer with it with Windows seven installation. Now when you have the choice to choose among the repairs or new installation just choose the repair. And then select the Start Up Boot repair. It will be repaired in 1 minute and then restart the computer without any CD otr DVD and select from stratup choices either you want Xp or Win 7 it will be working.
